The Super 8 by Wyndham Kalispell Glacier National Park receives mixed reviews, with some praising its value and cleanliness, while others highlight issues with room maintenance, noise levels, and inconsistent service. Recent reviews suggest improvements in staff friendliness and room quality, but persistent concerns remain regarding cleaning frequency and breakfast offerings. Overall, the property offers a budget-friendly option with potential drawbacks.
I was there for just under 2 weeks. Apon inspection of the room, 2 out of the three lamps didn't work. The chair in the corner was written on and had stains, the other side had stains. The shower facet made a squealing noise when showering. My room was untouched by maid service my whole stay. When asked about at checkout they said " for extended stays you need to ask for it." There was a sigh in there desk that read " extended stays are cleaned every 4 days, unless requested. " when I pointed this out the clerk just shrugged her shoulders. A coworker stayed on the same floor but across the hotel, when I asked her about the cleaning, she said she gets it cleaned every day. So all in all, for the money it was an ok stay. The plus side is that there is a gas station across the street and a grocery store 3 min down the road.
Stayed 2 night and gotta give Grace from the front desk major props. She is such a sweetie, was so helpful and made my morning yesterday (5/25/26). Only complaint is that the shower in my room was kinda icky, showerhead looked rusty and crusty but otherwise it wasn't bad. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was amazing. Definitely will be back.
Our stay was so good the people were friendly the room was clean and tidy. The new remodel is beautiful and the breakfast was my friends favorite part. The biscuits and gravy hit the spot!
Stayed here for two nights and it was honestly the worst sleep I've ever had. The walls are paper-thin; it sounded like a parade upstairs early in the morning. Even the blankets are paper-thin—I’m not even sure how you can call them blankets. Breakfast was also a letdown with zero protein options unless you consider the sloppy gravy protein. Some bacon or sausage would have been nice. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one because the staff was nice and they did have snacks out for spartan races. But between the noise and the cold, thin bedding, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
This was the worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The walls are thin, you hear neighbors, brekfast trays were being banged around at 4am and the bed was very stiff. At 4 am I went outside to my truck camper in the parking lot (28° outside) turned on the furnace and slept better for those few hours than I did in the hotel. No sausage or waffles at the breakfast bar?
Stayed 2 nights. Well run operation. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Excellent price. Nice quiet location. If I had to have one suggestion it would be nice to add a meat to the breakfast like sausage or bacon. Otherwise nothing to suggest for a nice budget friendly hotel in good location.
Was on a business trip. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, especially the lady in charge of the complimentary breakfast. Price was much better in the winter than it was last summer.
Nice surprise. Very well run operation. Good mattress, pillows, hot water. Floors are carpet covered so no noise all night long on cheap plastic floors above you . Very large TV. Breakfast was ok. very clean. Nice lady who runs it. Thank you!
Very clean rooms, quiet & comfortable. Easy access off main road. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent if slightly limited in selection. Only negative, to us, was the need to drive to majority of restaurants. Easy access to highway to West Glacier.
Decent place to stay that priced reasonable in Kalispell. Good hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy but no sausage. Driving time is 45 minutes to the Glacier NP West gate, and 2 hours to Saint Mary East Gate. Staying in White Fish will save 20 minutes driving time but cost more. There are a fridge and a microwave in the room. It has no gym or swimming pool, which is kind of expected for an adventure outdoor park stay. Highly recommended.
