Very comfortable bed and room with all the amenities; full kitchen, sofa, workspace, large TV and climate control. Our room was in the middle of the hallway and almost never heard our neighbors. Staff was friendly; the breakfast staff were especially helpful. Decent variety of breakfast food, but don't wait until the last minute for best food choice. Exercise room was better equipped than most hotels I have ever been at. The patio has two gas grills and a gas open fire; it is small and fills up fast. The front of the hotel has a more extensive place to hangout. The hotel has one side with extensive green space (there was a nest of eagles which was cool to see) and picnic tables. A new building is going up on another side, so mountain views may be blocked in the back of the building. This hotel is in a very good location; only about 10 minutes from the airport, Walmart and a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend!!

We visited the week of July 4-11. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The fitness room was perfect. Breakfast was terrific with a great selection every day. The staff was extremely helpful. We were very impressed with the management. They were not afraid to do any type of work to make sure our stay was terrific.

This has been one of the best places I've ever stayed! Everyone is so friendly, very welcoming, and all around Very accommodating! Absolutely loved the outdoor seating with the fireplaces, we spent a lot of time around them! 100% recommend staying here! You won't be disappointed! Thank you for everything! Really hope to see you all again!

We're only on day two so my review may change but so far so good. Staff is nice(ish) the check in lady was less than welcoming, however ppl have had days of long days.. so I'm chopping it up to that. Building is nice and clean. They have a wonderful outside patio area in different spaces around building with fireplaces. Which is awesome because it does get chilly in the evenings.. pretty much panoramic view of the mountains. I do say I wish they had balconies but that's just coming from personal preference. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel However, the noise coming from all the walls, especially above my room is awful. The floors are very thin. I got woken up at 530 am this morning and it’s now 8 am and the banging is still going on. I called the front desk to see if they could switch my room, but have not heard back yet. We got zero sleep even with blasting our noise machine. For $350 a night, you would think they would build the walls and floors more sound proof. Very disappointed and we are here for 6 more days. At this point, we will have to go to Walmart and get a few box fans just to drown out all the noise.

Such a nice hotel! The breakfast was amazing fresh food instead of the usual frozen items many hotels just heat up. The hotel was newer, which was a nice bonus, and the rooms were spacious. We had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were in town for vacation and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays. We arrived on December 26 to a dirty room. They advised us the hotel was not at full capacity and the reason it was dirty was because it had not been used in over 2 weeks. However, clearly the housekeeper did not take care in their job or any care cleaning. A little bit of dirt I could have ignored, however, there were dirty socks left in the middle of the floor, clearly indicating that a vacuuming job was not completed. Prior guests leftover food in the fridge and hair in the tub and sink area. We originally planned on staying until Dec 29, however, with the weather being miserable and us travelling from out of country we had decided on the 26 that we were going to start our 12 hour journey home a day early. I advised the front desk of this same day to not be charged for the room the night we were not using it, as this would have been over 24 hours notice of change. They refused to cancel the last night. We had other family members staying at a competitor hotel and they were refunded no problem. In 5 months I have been dealing with the hotel, the hotel manager herself, has completely ignored my emails and reach out. They sent a "be my guest certificate" which is only good at Home2Suites hotels, again im from out of Country so useless to me. We happen to be returning to the US in August and figured we could use it, NOPE, only their hotel not even any Hilton hotels. Oh and if I did want to use it, I have to pay for the room first, then hope to get reimbursed. As if that will happen! Pool - so cold we couldn't use it. Breakfast - Might as well asked the local McDonalds for their tossed out leftover breakfast, would have tasted the same. Absolutely horrible customer service and unkept property. I have tried to work with the Manager and Hilton, but in 5 months, and not able to be solved. I figured I would now share our horrible experience to hopefully keep others from experiencing this. Follow up to the request below from the hotel, first the website provided, is not valid. 2nd I call that number, I get rerouted into the same message, never speaking with anyone. As such I call the main Hilton #, nah just messing with you, we don't really care that we messed up, made you call though. Was told they have done what we are going to and nothing more. They truly don't care about ensuring their customers have a safe and clean place to stay.

This is a new hotel, so everything is clean and in great shape. The rooms are really spacious, with a full kitchen. The only real issue we had with the room is that it only has the one vent by the window, and because the room is so large it was really warm on the opposite side of the room. We stayed during April, so I can imagine how unpleasant this might be during summer. We thought the gym was one of the best we have seen in a hotel. The pool was pretty mediocre-looking, although we didn't use it. There is no hot tub, which was a bummer. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent — your standard hotel breakfast. They also have coffee and tea available 24 hours. The location is great. Across the highway from the new Costco and close to all the other big box stores. We would absolutely stay here again, but it's unfortunate that the prices jump so high during the summer months!

It was our first time visiting Kalispell, and staying at Home2 Suites made our trip even better! The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette to prepare our own meals. The hotel is brand new, which is definitely a plus, everything felt fresh, modern, and spotless. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the start. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we visit Kalispell!

The ladies at the check-in were very friendly. However, there is currently a large, noisy construction project next door with trades taking up much of the parking lot. There were many obvious construction issues with this brand new hotel. The walls and ceilings are not well insulated for sound. The a/c unit in the room was the loudest I’ve ever heard. Electrical outlets were jiggly. The shower pressure was a light dribble. The pool temperature was cold. Breakfast was sad and there are other hotels in the area with much more to offer. The cozy fire pit and seating pictured on the website is located directly in front of the main entrance, basically in the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel.
