Just an ok hotel, bed was in very bad shape, springs barely had padding left over them, very uncomfortable. The air conditioner’s button were so worn, you had to guess what button did what. Very expensive for what you get.

Needed a room for a quick stay. While clean and safe and great location, very small and outdated. Window unit AC was loud. Staff mediocre. Not that we were planning to use but pool was closed and there is no coffee or breakfast. Price was not much lower, I may have paid a bit more for extra room and comfort. However good location and safe.

Nothing fancy and a bit dated. But the rooms were clean the bathrooms were clean the grounds were clean. Bed was comfortable. Safe area. The rooms are kind of small but there's too much to do in this area to be sitting in the hotel anyways. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Soundproofing could be improved but was still fairly quiet. No elevator only stairs to second floor. Microwave and fridge in rooms but no coffee pot but there is a coffee pot and hot tea in the common area and accessible 24 hours.

We stayed in an Ambulatory Accessible room. LOTS OF DIFFICULTIES. Checking in, I was like I was trying to pawn as firearm with the serial numbers filed off. Their cart to carry luggage appeared to be something borrowed from a warehouse in 1955, heavy and unwieldy. The room was very rugged, someone had tried to put in a new window but totally forgot to cover the unfinished sheetrock. It was hot, but we found that the Air Conditioner only worked if they disconnected our heat for the following morning when we knew it would be cool. There were somewhat sketchy people roaming the halls that made us both nervous again. Exterior was great total example of the deferred maintenance, MANY years deferred.

If you're a local that lives in Kalispell, do not rent. This place must be new owners. I had to rent through some booking agency and paid $20 extra. Then when I went in to get the room they wanted $200 cash for a deposit. Although I have the money. I am not going to give it to someone as they can just say I messed up the room. It was for a damage deposit. I don't know why they wouldn't have took a major credit card. I have a couple pretty disappointing. So I guess I'm out of Buck 20 and I'm not rich.

This Hotel is the epitome of disgusting. When I first arrived in my room, I was met with a German cockroach infestation in the bathroom, (photos attached) I immediately went to the front desk to request a room change. The next room was just as disgusting minus Visible bugs running around. Crumbs all over the floor, stains on the towels and bedding, there’s also a disgusting smell throughout the entire hotel. As I was leaving, there was a male staff member yelling obscenities because someone had shut their door too loud, This male staff member was obviously under the influence of drugs, As well as the female staff member that was standing next to him laughing. I booked a two night stay as the interior of my house was being painted, However, I stayed one night and was disgusted the entire time. It was clear to me the majority of guests are visibly either under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I’m a local and have stayed at this hotel as a child so I did not expect anything fancy but I also did not expect a health hazard. When I called to make a complaint with the manager, he became extremely upset and explained he knew that hotel inside and out, and he knows there is no bugs in the hotel. I have made a call to the health department and hopefully they shut this nasty place down.

The best part of staying in cheap hotels is the story you get to tell when you get home. This place wasn't really all that cheap, IMO but it was definitely less than other places in the area. The rooms are small with linoleum floors, cement block walls, and a small bathroom. The room was musty - likely due to lack of ventilation; condensation on the inside of the windows. The windows have no screens so forget that option if you want to open one. The noise from the airport, road and other patrons was the worst. They need to offer ear plugs at check in. The man next door had a yelling argument with someone on the phone (?) at 10:30 pm and after about 30 minutes, I called the front desk. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc., because the stuff in the dispensers on the walls are Dial and Dial. The cord on the hair blow dryer is less than 3' long so good luck with that. On the up side, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Be careful when booking your room here. We were scammed by a company saying they were at the "front desk" but in fact they were a 3rd party vendor who booked our room through Expedia. The vendor is called Room77 - I had no idea when I called the "local" number that this was really some other company likely overseas. They charged us double the going rate (the hotel site says $125 a night and Room77 charged my card $244) saying "there is only one room left." When we got to the hotel and I realized what had happened (the unhelpful front desk woman said I had booked through Expedia which simply was NOT the case) she then informed me the rate was non-refundable and the hot tub was broken. I was very dissatisfied. I also told her someone is scamming your customers and she could care less. I even showed her the number I called (which had a local area code) and the online link to that number and she shrugged her shoulders. Didn't even offer to tell the manager! If there was a "minus a star" option for service I would have picked that! MINUS 5 STARS for terrible customer service. They also say "breakfast is included" but know this is two options for cold cereal and a broken toaster. I can't make this up! The room was clean but smelled terrible like Lysol. The bedding is very old and the mattress sunk in the middle. I would never book a room here again and I suggest you do not either. There is a Hilton Garden Inn next door and an EconoLodge down the street.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant mildew odor — so bad that I had to go buy an air freshener at Walmart just to make it bearable. The bed was very uncomfortable, soft, and very worn out, and the room itself felt quite small. The hotel was also very noisy in the morning. Planes taking off from the nearby airport and the constant sound of doors closing made it difficult to relax or sleep in. Unfortunately, the best part of my stay was checking out in the morning.

My room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. I don't have any negative comments except that the so-called breakfast was bagels and bread. No fruit, no pastries, no donuts, no juice, no waffle machine, and some terrible coffee. I also don't have anything very positive to say about this place. There was absolutely nothing special about it. And the guy behind the desk is a jerk. He tried to give me the definition of breakfast. The breakfast that they served is the very definition of "cheap".
