Have stayed here 3 times, always in mid May. Great park. Clean, well kept and tons of space. Lots of space to walk the dogs. Plenty of space for tow vehicles to be kept with your trailer. Check in and reservations are always simple. Hook ups are in great condition. Love the Kalispell area.

This RV park was very disappointing. The sites themselves are fine (full hookups on asphalt pads), but otherwise the RV park is in very poor condition. While the website shows two separate buildings, labeled "Laundry/Bathhouse", in fact one of the buildings is used for storage; meaning only one "bathhouse" - in fact only one single room with a toilet, sink and shower (woefully inadequate for the 62 RV sites). What's worse, that single bathroom was also completely disgusting. There was poop and poop stain all over the toilet and surrounding floor - clearly not cleaned regularly, and the entire floor was filthy. Even after "cleaning" (after I complained to the owner when we arrived) it was not much better. There were also only 2 washers and 2 dryers (total for the 62 RV sites), and they were extremely expensive as other reviewers have noted. We ended up going out in town and using one of the local laundromats.

I stayed at Montana BaseCamp for about a month while working remotely, and unfortunately I would not stay here again. The biggest issue was the internet. The campground advertises high-speed Wi-Fi, but it was essentially unusable at my site. Because I work remotely, I had to rely entirely on my own Starlink connection. If dependable internet is important to you, I would not count on the campground's Wi-Fi. The shared facilities were another major disappointment. There is only one shared bathroom/shower combination and two washers and two dryers serving a very large campground. The bathroom was frequently dirty or not fully stocked. It wasn't uncommon to find wet toilet paper on the floor, hair throughout the bathroom, or to have to wait because someone was using the shower. For the prices being charged, I expected the facilities to be cleaned and maintained much more frequently. Also the laundry is $15 dollars a load $7 dollars washer $8 for drier and you have to download an app. Fire wood is $10. I also found the owner to be rude and unnecessarily critical during my stay, which made the experience less welcoming. Additionally, there is no camp store or convenience shop on site for basic supplies. The location is 40 miles from the closest Glacier National Park enterance (not up the street as advertised). The full-hookup sites are a plus. However, between the unreliable Wi-Fi, limited and poorly maintained facilities, and the customer service I experienced, I don't feel the campground offers good value for the rates charged, especially during peak holiday periods.

We had a wonderful one week RV stay at Montana Basecamp. Excellent facilities in a quiet and thoroughly enjoyable setting. The best experience. Fantastic views of the Montana landscape. Great walking paths for strolling . Conveniently located near Kalispell resources and essentials while providing a private and comfortable setting. Management responds promptly and professionally when questions arise. Looking forward to another visit.

We stayed at Montana Basecamp with our three kids and two dogs during a busy baseball tournament, and it was the perfect place to unwind. After long, hectic days at the fields, coming back to such a quiet and relaxing park was wonderful. The facilities were incredibly clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of room for the dogs to stretch their legs. Getting our RV in and out of the park was no problem, and Andy at the front office was fantastic to deal with and super helpful at check-in. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice campground. They have large sites with a lovely back field (mowed) for kids to play in if needed! I did feel like it was a little expensive and the laundry was more expensive than most, but it was well maintained, laid back, and quiet. The host is on site 24/7 and is very helpful and responsive.

Not quite sure why they’re charging so much you might as well go rent an apartment or house for the price that they want considering all their providing is sewer, electricity, and water and we bring our own housing. It’s insane to me that we’re getting charged 1,200 Per month, I have been playing into the idea of moving my RV there. I was trying to back in April but there is very terrible. Customer service also stopped giving me a call back once I mention my own Pitbulls, which, in that case just be honest and tell me you don’t want me there, but recently just called again to see pricing and stuff as now they’ve been established a little bit longer, but there’s just no rhyme or reason for it to cost that much when you’re bringing your own housing there it’s not like you’re next to the park or anything that would make it that high of the price absolutely ridiculous

We stayed almost a month while we explored Glacier and the surrounding area. Excellent location for Whitefish, Bigfork, Flathead Lake, West Glacier and Kalispell. Close to grocery and big box stores. We loved the large open feel and the ability to walk our dogs, but would have been nice to have an off leash dog park. The sites are level and spacious and it is very quiet with little to no highway noise. We enjoyed the sunsets and the mountain views. We really enjoyed the walking and bike path just steps away from the campground. The owner is on site 24/7 and extremely responsive. Nice laundry facility and bath house although we didn’t need to use. We were able to receive Amazon packages so that was a bonus. The campground was clean and the road is wide and was easy to navigate with our dually and 44 foot RV.

Montana Basecamp RV has the best customer service and hospitality I have ever experienced during an RV trip. I came to Kalispell Montana to experience the beauty of the area. Traveling from out of state I didn’t know the area and booked a site at another RV park. When we pulled in I knew I couldn’t have my family staying there. Everything in the area was completely booked up. I called Montana Basecamp RV and spoke with Andy and explained my situation to him. Within 45 min he made some adjustments and was able to get me into a site in-spite of being full. Montana Basecamp RV (Andy) saved a family trip to Montana that would have otherwise been ruined. This is a beautiful park. Everything is exceptionally clean and it is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!

I would caution anyone considering booking here unless you're extremely confident in your ability to back in a trailer without touching a blade of grass. We have a new truck and trailer and are still getting used to maneuvering it. As we were nearly backed into our spot, a car pulled up and a man jumped out, yelling and hurling insults at us. I had to ask him to calm down and speak respectfully. To my surprise, he turned out to be the owner. I was shocked by his behavior and the way he spoke to us. We immediately asked for a refund and chose to stay elsewhere. I even offered to let him park it himself if he was so concerned, but he refused—stating he couldn’t do it either. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
