The Best Western Plus Kalispell/Glacier Park West Hotel & Suites receives generally positive reviews, highlighting friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient access to Glacier National Park. However, concerns exist regarding inconsistent front desk service, noise levels due to the nearby recycling center, and occasional issues with food quality.
love the staff at this location, especially, Sarah, and Meghan always treat me kindly and like family, I always stay here while on business trips, it is my second home away from home.
Overall, the visit was nice. The pool is closed but up to 7 people can fit in the hot tub. The eggs and sausage looked overcooked in a microwave. The egg whites were grey. The sausage gravy was not heated. The over food items were great.
Called hotel for information on a block rooms and when I told them we were coming to town for my daughter's wedding, I was told they don't do blocks for weddings. This was really shocking to me. My daughter is sober, and we aren't coming to town to party. We just need a place to stay after exploring Glacier National Park and attending her elopement in the park. This makes no sense to me.
This hotel was okay. The suite was nice and large and clean. Mattress was awful as were pillows. Breakfast was good. Just be aware that they built the hotel right next to a metal scrap yard.
Top notch, friendly customer service! Well appointed, clean rooms. Great pool and hot tub. Close enough to Glacier National Park to still offer convenience.
Great room; clean room. Bed was comfortable and the shower had a good amount of waster and good pressure. The way the had the desk/table arranged was different, but really worked. The only time I saw anyone at the desk was if I or someone else rang the bell, which was a bit odd, but not a big deal (I always feel a little guilty ringing the bell, but that's a me thing). The location is next to the recycling center so the view on that side of the building wasn't great, but sound wasn't an issue either so it wasn't a deal breaker (they also keep the center as tidy as one can so they seem to be good neighbors). I'd easily stay here again and I'd recommend it to others.
Our recent stay at this hotel was overall a nice stay. The hotel is nicely styled, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was delicious! Many options to choose from, great yogurt! Housekeeping staff were all very friendly, always smiling and returning a hello in passing. However?!! The unfortunate soul to work the front desk, older lady, curly grey hair, pink glasses should not work on customer service. The glares from above her glasses as you come down the main stairs. The inconsistent attendance at the front desk, the rude and snarky remarks. Unhelpful attitude when we were unable to get into the gym, she rudely instructed us to use our key card- which was infact not working. Following the approval of a late check out, she was very rude to my fiance over our late departure. She went as far as deactivating our key card while we were trying to pack up and leaving. I'll mention we stayed here the night before checking into our resort for our wedding. A late check out was requested and approved as we had many boxes of fresh flowers dropped off and needed to transport to our venue. It was a stressful time that was made more challenging by this unhappy, unhelpful senior.

Nice quiet location in town. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was average spread, the pool and Hot tub was nice, very well maintained.
We wanted to see Glacier National Park, and this was the closest hotel. It was a fair price, about $90 a night. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, just a day until we got to Glacier National Park, then we stayed at a hotel there. We weren’t there long enough to find much bad about it, but the service was less than optimal. They weren’t bad necessarily, but I’ve seen better staff.
