Ro is the best very likable employee at motel 6. First I must say I am picky and the room i was in was clean and I was very pleased with privacy and the over all service. Thank you RO I'm the one who said your whole name right we will be there next year hope to see you then. Great Stay!

The Motel 6 in Kalispell, Montana is a great place to stay and I would choose this location every time we stay in Kalispell. We had specific plans in the area and this motel stay helped us accomplish our plans by providing a clean and conveniently located place to rest, shower and eat. These clean rooms helped us relax as we needed relaxation more than anything else. They don't have carpet in the rooms, so the rooms is truly clean. We all know about carpet and Motel 6 gets rid of that concern. There are a number of restaurants and fast food options very close to this Motel 6. Check-in was very quick and extending our stay was quickly completed by the friendly front desk staff. Ro is especially a great representative for Motel 6 and you'll meet him during your check-in. Our dog was easily added to the reservation and stayed at no extra cost. This is a big deal for dog owners traveling with their pet. Other locations nearby charge a lot more per night when a dog is included in the stay. I would recommend Motel 6 in Kalispell so that you can get your task done without over-paying for your hotel stay and getting a clean, relaxing place to enjoy your visit.

Had a good experience here. Was with family and the everything was 5/5 stars here! Customer service is really good, and nice! Kindest goes a long way! Especially since customer service workers are also people too! The rooms were clean and prices were affordable!!

Had a lovely one night stay. Rohit checked us in smoothly during the night and we checked out the next morning with another friendly staff. Very pleasant people. The room itself was everything as described. The night was quiet and not disruptive. Great deal for a night, would recommend.

Rooms were clean and functional and the price was phenomenal. The service is what gave this hotel 5 stars. They were absolutely amazing. They were kind, and friendly and answered any questions we had. We needed to park a truck and a 40 foot trailer and they made sure we had plenty of room.

My family and I drove from Oregon to kalispell. We arrived around 2am so I started looking to see if any hotels were available. We went to the super 8 across the road where the prices were a little high for us. Feeling a little stressed out about the situation mind you I have my wife, 10 yr old son and 1 year old daughter. We pulled up here and I had my wife go in where she told me she was greeted by the kindest most helpful individual we have met on this trip. CASH! If you ever find your self staying here all I can say is I hope CASH is here to take care of you. He went above and beyond making me and my entire family feel comfortable and taken care of. He got us into a room with the quickness with an amazing price! Even helped me find parking for my truck/40ft trailer! Lots of love for that man. Oh and the rooms have everything you need. Honestly the nicest Motel 6 location I’ve ever stayed in.

Traveled with my kids about 6 hours and arrived at our hotel around 3 AM only to find out I had accidentally booked it for the following month. Needless to say the price difference from September to October is a huge enough difference that I could not afford a new room at the same location. I I called Motel 6 and asked if they had a room available since I could not book it for that night throughout third-party. The gentleman on the phone certainly heard the defeat in my voice and calmly told me to come right on over and he wouldn’t make it all work out. He put us in one of the newly renovated rooms that was in a quiet corner and was everything we needed. We were able to get some rest and get to the medical appointments first thing that morning. Customer Service on the graveyard and shift is absolutely outstanding and we are grateful.

Front desk was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. My wife and i were in room 204. Room was freezing with ac blasting when we walked in, TV on and quite loud, so we spent the first 10 minutes trying to figure out how to turn off the TV that wasn't cooperating (had to press input first to turn it down/off) and turning off the ac/ locating the heater. The room was basic, the bathroom had a new sink. Water pressure was great but the shower curtain floats in and wraps around you. Toilet isnt quite seated right in the floor so it moves an inch when you sit/ get off of it. You can hear all the traffic all night. But there are plenty of places around to eat at and a decent laundromat nearby. Pet friendly with poop bags at the side of the building. It wasn't the worst hotel ive stayed, new furniture was nice to look at, but it was a place to lay ones head and as long as you bring ear plugs, a place to sleep. You get what you pay for and its one of the cheapest hotels in the area

Conveniently located. We had a room at the front which unfortunately was loud between the traffic and the lobby next to us. Bathroom door wouldn't close fully. Kept getting whiff of cigarettes from either upstairs or outside our room. Shower pressure was weak. Staff wasn't rude but weren't super friendly. If you are there long enough to sleep and shower, it will do. If you are spending more time than that, I'd suggest staying elsewhere.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all kind but Cash was absolutely amazing. I stayed while working in the area and he always went above and beyond to help, or take care of anything to make my stay the best possible experience. The hotel is fine, but it's his service that got my 5 star rating and just because of he hospitality he showed me I'd recommend anyone to stay here.
