Michelle was amazing to deal with! After having to leave our other hotel bc we were concerned for our safety and showing up here at 12:30 am she was so helpful and kind to us! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The front desk staff here is fantastic. My trip was cancelled and I needed to pick up an item that was shipped to the hotel. The front desk ensured a new packing label was placed on the item and sent via FedEx to a new destination. They even called to confirm they received the shipping labels via email and placed them on the boxes. Bravo SpringHill suites Bravo!!! Above and beyond!!!!! ?

Very clean and modern room! The breakfast ended promptly at 9:30am so we missed that and were disappointed everything was put away when we arrived at 9:36. With a 12:00 noon checkout you’d think eating till 10:30 would be offered. The cleaners entered our room before checkout time, at 11:50am which shocked us and threw off our timing getting ready to leave. Then when we went to checkout desk at 12:06 they charged us a $25 “late checkout fee” that we didn’t notice until after we had departed…… WOW, what jerks!

Paid for a room with a king bed. The bed is actually a queen size. Was shown other rooms with “king” beds and they are also queen size beds. My room also smells like marijuana and so I called the front desk about it and they said they could switch my room if I hadn’t messed my room up yet. I told him that we had sat down on the bed but that was it. They told me unfortunately their housekeeping was gone until the morning so they wouldn’t be able to remake the bed and so they wouldn’t be able to change my room. Never staying here again.

We just returned from 14 days on road and 10 different hotels this motel was by far the best. Service, cleanliness, happiest crew and hospitality was above any other we place we stayed. Thank you!

This was my second stay at this hotel and I enjoyed both! The rooms are spacious and have plenty of work space. The room and bathroom were spotless and the beds are comfortable. A great breakfast is available in the morning with numerous choices. My best experience was dealing with the front desk staff. No matter the time of day, they were super friendly and cheerful, and were always available if you need to grab a drink or snack any time of day. I definitely recommend Springhill Suites!

The staff at SpringHill Suites were absolutely the best we have had ever and we love to travel! A nice young woman called to ask if we would need anything during our stay. We asked about hiking the Grinnell Glacier and she has two excellent books in our room flagged with what, where and how. In addition, the environmental services and front desk staff went out of their way to assist. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to customer centered service!

Very clean hotel! I saw one of the housekeepers in the actual shower (in another room) scrubbing it down. All the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (especially Lacy). Breakfast was good. Great location. Highly recommended hotel. Thanks!

A great hotel with clean rooms and hospitable staff. It has a nice view of the mountains as well which was nice. The check-in process was fast and no issues occurred. The breakfast options here were fine as well for it being a complimentary breakfast. Overall - a good experience. Also, a quiet hotel too which is nice.

Relatively new hotel with the standard Springhill room layout giving extra space especially for families. The front desk staff were a mix bag with some really nice and welcoming while others less bothered. The rooms on the backside have a great view of the fields and mountains
