We just returned from 14 days on road and 10 different hotels this motel was by far the best. Service, cleanliness, happiest crew and hospitality was above any other we place we stayed. Thank you!

This was my second stay at this hotel and I enjoyed both! The rooms are spacious and have plenty of work space. The room and bathroom were spotless and the beds are comfortable. A great breakfast is available in the morning with numerous choices. My best experience was dealing with the front desk staff. No matter the time of day, they were super friendly and cheerful, and were always available if you need to grab a drink or snack any time of day. I definitely recommend Springhill Suites!

The staff at SpringHill Suites were absolutely the best we have had ever and we love to travel! A nice young woman called to ask if we would need anything during our stay. We asked about hiking the Grinnell Glacier and she has two excellent books in our room flagged with what, where and how. In addition, the environmental services and front desk staff went out of their way to assist. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to customer centered service!

Very clean hotel! I saw one of the housekeepers in the actual shower (in another room) scrubbing it down. All the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (especially Lacy). Breakfast was good. Great location. Highly recommended hotel. Thanks!

A great hotel with clean rooms and hospitable staff. It has a nice view of the mountains as well which was nice. The check-in process was fast and no issues occurred. The breakfast options here were fine as well for it being a complimentary breakfast. Overall - a good experience. Also, a quiet hotel too which is nice.

Relatively new hotel with the standard Springhill room layout giving extra space especially for families. The front desk staff were a mix bag with some really nice and welcoming while others less bothered. The rooms on the backside have a great view of the fields and mountains

If you’re going to stay in the Kalispell area, this is definitely the hotel you would like to stay at ?the breakfast is amazing! The pool area is very clean and it is a very comfortable temperature. The front desk staff and the cleaning service folks are incredibly personable and helpful And very kind no matter how much you bother them. Our room was spotlessly clean as usual and the location could not be better for walking to just about anything that you would need. And the parking is very secure.

What an amazing place to stay when visiting Glacier. Took my three kids and we stayed for three nights. Staff was amazing (Shout out to Lacy, Gina and Cheryl). Breakfast was gluten and dairy free. Less than 45 to the park entrance and lots of food options after a long day of hiking. Also there is a soccer and baseball complex right behind them, so the kids got to get a little energy out shooting with mountains in the background. Highly recommend for anyone going to Glacier.

I think Michelle, who works here, has got to be one of the nicest people in the world! I had my wife book me a hotel in the area but I never got the confirmation email and she went to bed not realizing I didn't know where I was staying. I was coming in from Utah and as I was getting closer into town I wasn't sure what I should do because I didn't know where I was staying, so I pulled over about 20 miles away from Kalispell and started calling hotels to see if they had my name. Michelle was the second person that I talked to and she offered to call around for me and try to find where I was staying so that I could stay on the road. Since it was about midnight I appreciated the offer but I felt bad asking her to do that but she insisted. She put me on hold for several minutes and when she came back she had found where I was staying and it was over in whitefish. She said she called 7 different hotels trying to find my name. I feel like a lot of people even in customer service jobs do the bare minimum and wouldn't even think about going out of their way to do something like this so she is a true gem and completely saved me. Thank you so much Michelle, I really appreciate what you did for me and how much of a helpful impact that had on my night after a long day!

I booked a room for my Daughter and Son in law. They are newlyweds. I called the hotel and spoke to Kyle and mentioned that my daughter is staying under my reservation and then asked if there was anything they could put in the room for a celebration, he said he would put a bottle of champagne in the room. I then asked if I could give him my credit card and he said nope, he’d take care of it. What an amazing hotel and such a personal touch! I did not expect that at all! Thank you Kyle! You really have gone above and beyond! This is something I will never forget and I’m sure my daughter won’t either!
