I booked for the wrong day and ended up staying for two days. The owner, Katie was so helpful, she made the process of booking for the night easy. My mom and I enjoyed the room and staying an extra day. I would recommend Switchback Suites.

We were able to easily get to several of our day trips because the location was centrally located close to two main roads, but yet it was very quiet and comfortable. It was clean and completely ready for us with the entire kitchen setup and had a full laundry. I would highly recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent spot to spend a few nights exploring the Whitefish and Glacier areas. Exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable with better-than-average bed linens and towels. This place was perfect for our stay. Responsive hosts who communicated every detail. We had a great experience here!

My wife and I stayed here as a last minute booking on a cross country road trip before we went to glacier national park in the morning and it was the perfect bnb for us to get a comfy good nights rest before a long day ahead of us. The hosts were very helpful and responsive especially on such short notice and the place was very thoughtfully designed and clean. Felt like home for the night.

We recently had an opportunity to visit NW Montana. I found this rental via VRBO and so glad I did. The location was perfect for all our activities. The unit was very clean and appropriately stocked for our stay.

This stay was absolutely great, Joe and Katie accommodated our late arrival and the room was lovely. Everything you may need, super comfortable bed and clean, neat amenities and rooms. We will stay again if we are back in the area!

A jewel of a stay! Switchback Suites is a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in an ideally located, highly walkable spot of beautiful downtown Kalispell. The suites are actually self contained apartments with full kitchens (fully equipped too!) and in-unit washer dryer, among other fantastic features and touches. I had the pleasure of meeting owners Joe and Katie, and they were beyond friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended a food truck, My Thai, that I didn't know was around, and it was a highlight of my trip. Communication was perfect: professional, engaging, comprehensive, and timely, and they responded immediately to all questions. Small indie businesses are the best, and Katie and Joe are doing things the right way: making you feel special. They even left a personalized handwritten Welcome card! Switchback Suites is a perfect destination that has all you need and then some. The pics on the website are exactly what you get. This is an easy, easy recommendation. I'm completely impressed, and I bet you'll be too.

I flew into Glacier Park International Airport and stayed in one of their one-bedroom suites for a long weekend. Perfection! Extremely clean and well thought out design and amenities! This place has everything you would need to stay for a weekend or even longer periods of time. My hosts were polite and responsive, and the location was super convenient to everything in the Kalispell area, yet still quiet and secure. I just can’t say enough great things about my stay. Very well done!

A great home away from home for our staycation. The spotless suite is perfectly appointed with all the comforts and necessities you might need. The central location allows for easy exploration of a ton of local attractions, restaurants, etc.

WOW. I'm a pickiest person in the world and I think this is the best airbnb type place I've ever stayed. Katie was amazing in her support and with my multiple changes on my stay. The place is well designed, comfortable as can be-such a refuge at the end of my busy days. LOVED IT.
