Room was extremely cold and even after turning up the heater it made zero difference. I was looking forward to a hot shower or a bath but the water wasn’t warm enough to even finish a full shower. The blankets are extremely thin as well, adding to the overall “chilly “ experience. I will second what someone else said about the bathroom being loud. It’s unsettlingly loud. I’d rather go to the bathroom in the dark than turn the lights on. Overall I’d never stay here again.

We stayed there for a week ? service was great,! their breakfast is just cereal and muffins, and coffee is always hot! and the little coffee pots in the rooms;cute ? Their laundry room was down ? so we couldn't wash clothes but that was okay ?

This is a hidden gem. Friendly and helpful staff help make this place one to stay at. I feel welcomed, warm, feed and comfortable. Free breakfast has a good source of fiber. I can easily walk downtown but for the kids there's a fun arcade only five minute walk. Great stay!

Cancelled out paid for room and tried to blame it on hotels.com . We have a taped conversation of them talking about other staff members in front of clients. Offer no help. Told us they would black list us for being rude but didn’t care we had no place to stay. The staff was literally the most unprofessional I have ever experienced in my life. I book hundreds of rooms through hotels and have never been treated like this in my life. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The room was clean, so I am rating it higher for that reason. The motel was old and worn out. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the mattress sagged in the middle and when I moved it made loud creaky squeaky sounds. The bed pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We were here 3 nights and I did not sleep well at all. The breakfast had 2 kinds cold cereal, a few packets of instant oatmeal, mini muffins, bagels and toast and juice and coffee. There were no eggs, breakfast meats or waffles though. We got a room with a fireplace and the little electric fireplace did not look very convincing and did not give the room any ambiance at all. We were disappointed.

Was visiting from out of town, I stayed here last year and the staff was great! I wonder if management changed? The quality and service has REALLY gone down. While checking in, I was told my dog was too big and we wouldn’t be allowed to stay. I voiced my concern that it was a Friday night and likely difficult to find another room. The woman at the front with blue hair shrugged and said sorry. I told her I’d stayed there last year with no problems, and at the Livingston location just three days prior. She let me know I wouldn’t be charged but was pretty unhelpful. I called the CHOICE HOTELS number she gave me, and the customer service person said she could see the location history with the pet deposit, and agreed with me. She recommended I contact the on-site manager. Sadly, that was the same blue haired woman who told me there was nothing she could do. I’d recommend not going to other CHOICE HOTELS. We were able to book a room with nearly the same price point in a much better location!

Where do I start....check in was ok...BUT once we opened the door to our room...the smell hit us! It reeked of cigarettes and mold( even though it was a non smoking room.) The place was disgusting. The bed looked like it was from the 1900's and was sloped down toward your head. The wood floor was so dirty u had to wear shoes! The bathroom toilet took forever to flush if it even flushed at all! The walls were splashed with god knows what..the A/C was so loud ..between that and the bathroom fan you couldn't even hear the TV or sleep! We went back to the office and said this room smelled disgusting. They gave us ANOTHER room which was supposedly JUST ozoned? Apparently for the smell and who knows. Prolly bugs! This room was not much better BUT the room was NON REFUNDABLE so we had to stay somewhere. After wiping the room down with disinfectant wipes we tried to settle in but sleep didnt come. Tossed and turned and felt itchy all night ? This place needs to be shut down for either renovations or rebuild! The website pictures were totally not what they were once inside! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Rate this place a minus!

There was black hair in the bathtub, on the bedding, on towels, and I dont have black hair. The floor was dirty leaving black stains on my socks and feet. The microwave and mini fridge were the only items that appeared to be clean.

It was clean and very comforting for my stay. Loved the balcony area outside my room

Hotel was super dirty, smelled terrible, an clearly were not cleaned properly if at all, the beds looked like they were just remade after the last guest left, the mattresses were terrible and there was only two pillows that were super overused, the doors to our rooms were just left open for anyone to enter before we arrived. The rooms were infested with ants. There were a lot of strange and unpleasant people all over the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. There were several people hanging around yelling at all hours of the night. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Especially if you have children!
