After several days of hiking Glacier and van life, I was excited for a nice hot shower and a good night's sleep on a larger bed. I got neither. The non smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. The shower nozzle was so filled with hard water build-up, 3 streams were shooting over the curtain into the bathroom and 5 or 6 were shooting directly into the wall. Water pressure gets 8 out of 5 stars though. Make sure you either have bandaids or nip slip covers on because the remaining streams will just about rip them off. Lukewarm water is all your going to get. The soap dispensary in the shower was completely empty. The walls were extremely thin, I could hear the neighbor flushing. Apparently that Mexican restaurant next door hit him hard. Around 11 pm a pirate with a peg leg and his troupe of Irish clogging hippos got into the room upstairs. While I can't fault the hotel for other residents being loud, I can tell you there is no insulation between the 2nd floor and the 1st. Just sleep in your car, and bathe in the river. Save your money. Save your sanity.

The staff member who checked us into our room on Friday, July 10 was courteous, kind, and thoughtful. The room itself was clean, but DUDE! The bed is BROKEN. When my wife and I got ready to go to sleep about 10 pm, our feet were higher than our heads. There was NO WAY we were going to be able to sleep like that. A quick call to the office told us it would be an hour before we could switch rooms and we were already exhausted. Our solution? We re-made the bed with the pillows at the opposite end of the bed. This was not a good solution, but the only one available at that late hour. My pillows fell onto the floor a couple of times in the middle of the night because there was no wall or headboard to keep the pillows on the bed. FIX THE BED in room 104. PLEASE.

Horrible Hotel! The sink in the bathroom backed up, body wash dispenser in shower was empty, garbage was not emptied from previous people who stayed there, fridge and microwave were unplugged and a huge cabinet needed to be moved in order to plug them back in, one lamp didn’t work or light bulb burnt out and the main light at the entrance barely shone, curtains were broken and just hanging. When I asked where the Coke machine was, front desk said I had to go across the street to the gas station! Cheap in price and service!

This was the Best Econo Lodge Inn Ever! The rooms were Immaculate and roomy, everything you needed was there. The staff were So friendly and helpful checking in and out and anything in between. Tanya and Hardin working at the front desk were beyond helpful, no matter the question, Carla keeping the breakfast area clean and filled for guests and the rooms were kept spotless by the hard working staff making sure your supplies they provided were kept plentiful. I've been to much more expensive places that didn't keep everything spotless and staff not as accommodating. We were just looking for an inexpensive but safe looking place for our 3 day trip in Kalispell Montana and we lucked out. Thanks Again! Steve & Mimi ????

My family and I had been in our room for 15 minutes and the front desk called and said there were noise complaints. We weren't doing anything crazy or being excessively loud, but I apologized and I told them I'd try to keep it down. My kids were playing on screens being quiet and they called again with more complaints! We've stayed in many hotels and never had a complaint. It was now 10:30 pm and they were asking us to switch rooms. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere. They refused. The room was supposed to be non smoking but stunk of smoke. The neighbors room was full of junk, clearly a full time resident who didn't want a neighbor. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place. It isn't kid friendly and the rooms stink. The customer service is very unprofessional.

The roomw as clean and well equipped with amenities such as towels, hair dryer, coffee etc. The supposedly free breakfast is super gimmicky. There was bread, milk, cereals only. Not even a single juice or anything. Keep your hopes for breakfast VERY LOW. ?

Room was extremely cold and even after turning up the heater it made zero difference. I was looking forward to a hot shower or a bath but the water wasn’t warm enough to even finish a full shower. The blankets are extremely thin as well, adding to the overall “chilly “ experience. I will second what someone else said about the bathroom being loud. It’s unsettlingly loud. I’d rather go to the bathroom in the dark than turn the lights on. Overall I’d never stay here again.

We stayed there for a week ? service was great,! their breakfast is just cereal and muffins, and coffee is always hot! and the little coffee pots in the rooms;cute ? Their laundry room was down ? so we couldn't wash clothes but that was okay ?

This is a hidden gem. Friendly and helpful staff help make this place one to stay at. I feel welcomed, warm, feed and comfortable. Free breakfast has a good source of fiber. I can easily walk downtown but for the kids there's a fun arcade only five minute walk. Great stay!

Cancelled out paid for room and tried to blame it on hotels.com . We have a taped conversation of them talking about other staff members in front of clients. Offer no help. Told us they would black list us for being rude but didn’t care we had no place to stay. The staff was literally the most unprofessional I have ever experienced in my life. I book hundreds of rooms through hotels and have never been treated like this in my life. DO NOT BOOK HERE
