Experience an elevated stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell, where modern comfort blends seamlessly with a sophisticated ambiance. This distinguished hotel offers a welcoming retreat, thoughtfully designed for both productivity and relaxation. Guests will appreciate the refined setting and attentive service, ensuring a comfortable and memorable visit to Kalispell.
The Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell receives mixed reviews, with some guests praising the friendly staff, cleanliness, and amenities like the pool and hot tub. However, recurring concerns regarding breakfast costs, room maintenance issues, and noise levels significantly impact the overall experience. Recent reviews highlight inconsistencies in service and unresolved problems from previous stays.
Very nice, great staff, clean and well put together. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown but really other than that it has been amazing and staff has been great.
The hotel is great but I'm state this someone named is Divinity who works there has been stealing beer when your cameras are down and I know she's not 21 or even over she's 20 how I know this? I use to know her I don't have proof but you should count y'all beer product and keep a eye on your cameras because they get shut off.
We booked three nights at this hotel for a big event in the area. Initially, the coffee machine and the shower did not work in our room. Amanda, the manager was notified. The next day, maintenance checked out the issues and did absolutely nothing. My wife had to go to my daughter's room to wash her hair. When I tried to eat something at what appeared to be a continental breakfast bar, the rude food clerk intervened and said I was not entitled to breakfast. This was embarrassing to say the least, and the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel with a continental breakfast bar that was ONLY for a select group of customers. There is nothing on my reservation that says the breakfast bar is only for certain bookings. Eventually, Elizabeth O'Leary, the General Manager got involved and had Fabiano Pierra call me after we left. Fabiano said he was sorry. Great... Sorry! Basically kicked out of the breakfast bar, the shower did not work and the coffee machine did not work, and he was sorry. He said he would open an investigation, perhaps refund part of the costs, and get back with me. Still haven't heard back. So, I filed a complaint with corporate when I returned home a week later and was told I'd hear back in three days. It has been over a month now and I have not heard back. We had 32 people staying in the area at other hotels. They all had a delightful experience. We did not. Bottom line, pick another hotel when staying in Kalispell.
Stay away from this hotel at all costs! Check-in and check-out was efficient and friendly but those were the only positives. Room was disgusting… multiple long hairs in bathroom, mold in shower, obvious dirt on TV remote and nightstand, dirty carpet, etc. I would sleep in my car before I would sleep in this hotel again.
What a wonderful place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool were amazing. The work out equipment is perfect. And the service and staff are just amazing. So helpful and kind. The breakfast hit the spot. And loved the coffee. Thank you to all the staff for taking such care. We will definitely be a return customer next time we are in town. I think most of the people we saw staying there seemed busy. In a rush the entire time. I didn't notice anyone taking in the beauty and the majesty that Kalispell and this hotel has. But, I did. And it was as close to a perfect 3 day stay I've ever had anywhere. Thank you again.
I spent months looking for a place to spend some time during a family wedding and event. I settled on the Hilton Garden Inn. Man was I empressed! Super friendly greeting when we arrived. Helped me find some great places to check out! The hot tub and pool were NEVER full! The breakfast was incredible. And the staff each morning were just so friendly and helpful. The beds we super soft! And I never noticed extra noise. My only issue lol! Is i overslept everyday! Which YOU should do while on vacation! As wer were packing up and enjoying our last breakfast.....seems there was a issue with the server software, but the breakfast server never missed a beat! The manager and the front desk gal were just as incredible! If I EVER find my way back out here, it'll be the Hilton Garden Inn for the win! (10/5-10/8, 126!)
Nice hotel, staff was very friendly and it was close to the wedding venue. The only complaint I would give is charging $16 for a breakfast buffet that is no different in what is offered at other associated properties that are complementary. For what I paid each night $272 dollars, that breakfast should be free. Stayed at a beautiful Hampton Inn in a resort city several months prior, the same exact breakfast was complimentary.
Nice hotel and comfortable beds. UNFORTUNATELY, staff are NOT friendly, without offering any kind of greeting unless spoken to first. FURTHERMORE, the following are negatives: 1. There is no complimentary breakfast. They charge $16.00 per person for mediocre breakfast 2. There is no glassware in rooms ( for wine , water, etc.) only offer paper or plastic cups. They would not extend me the courtesy of getting glassware from kitchen. 3. Charge $2.00 for bottled water in the rooms. 4. They charge $40.00 per reservation for early check in and do not notify you by app or phone when rooms are ready Other than the comfort of the room and bathroom itself, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for frequent travelers, and will NOT come here again.
Good stay. Very nice and polite lady's that checked us in. Had issues with room keys not working. But had us download the app and used that. Works pretty well. All and all a good stay
Friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms. I wish there was a way to block the noise from the airport right behind the hotel. The doors don't seal at all. The walls are pretty thin. I had to keep my TV on at night because I could hear everyone else's noise from their room. I did see 2 homeless dudes get kicked out of breakfast one morning because they didn't have rooms. Always makes for a great story when working out of town.
