We stayed here for one night during our road trip, and the rooms were absolutely fantastic. We had zero complaints. The breakfast was the best we had during our entire two-week trip through the USA.During our stay, we accidentally left behind a stuffed bison that we had bought for our little daughter at Yellowstone Park. This is where their excellent service truly shined: the housekeeping team went out of their way to look for it. "Mr. Buffalo" was actually found and shipped back to us in Germany without any issues!We are incredibly grateful and want to take this opportunity to thank the staff again for this outstanding service. Not every hotel would go to the trouble of searching for a plush toy. This place is absolutely recommended in every single category. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you so much!!!

Had a wonderful experience from the start. We arrived 4/29 looking for a quiet place to stay after seeing GNP and we’re not disappointed. The concierge was so sweet, room was very clean, and the location is perfect. You get a Mountain View and are walking distance to lots of different things to do. Will be coming back to MT and will definitely be staying here.

I have stayed at many places in Kalispell and Whitefish including several of the newer hotels (which are made on the cheap). I much prefer Homewood Suites. It is convenient to about everywhere - right between whitefish and kalispell and Flathead lake. Rooms are nice. Always clean. Only problem I have had in >20 stays was low batteries in a remote and it was fixed in 2 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful, from front desk to cleaning to maintenance. Everyone seems to like what they are doing and will go out of their way to help. Workout facility is better than most already and, despite that, they are upgrading equipment. Have jacuzzi and pool. I rarely use the latter but kids sure love it. Free breakfast that's actually good with a number of hot selections including make your own waffles. My favorite amenity is the large fireplace in the large lobby.Great place to sit and warm up or to relax before bed. I’’m a hard grader. I’d give this a 4.6/5. It's not the 4 Season’s on Maui but a great place to stay including for families AND they allow pets which is worth extra! I can stay anywhere I want, but I’ll be back here next month.

I had a very pleasant stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalispell, MT during my recent business trip. The overall experience was excellent, with comfortable accommodation and a well maintained facility. I would like to especially appreciate Amanda for her outstanding support throughout my stay. She was extremely helpful, professional, and guided me effectively during all the days. Her proactive assistance and friendly approach made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommended this hotel to others visiting the area.

Great location, rooms are clean and well maintained and breakfast is phenomenal. Staff has been very nice. The pool amd hot tub are pretty noisy with kiddos but thats to be expected

We have stayed with Hilton all across the country and this hotel has been, by far, the best! So clean it feels brand new. The breakfast is hot and unique compared to the standard hotel breakfast. The staff and atmosphere make it feel like a home. Their friendliness and compassion towards each person has not gone unnoticed. Will definitely be my go-to while visiting the Flathead Valley!

This is the most beautiful Homewood Suites we have ever stayed in. The people are so helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are spotless and the help go above and beyond. If ever returning back to Kalispell or know of anyone planning to visit will HIGHLY recommend.

Nice clean rooms very comfortable homie. Excellent continental breakfast service was great. Employees were very friendly and very on top of putting out fresh hot food.

As someone who frequently travels for work and regularly coordinates corporate travel, I was shocked by the experience I had with the front desk staff at this hotel. The woman who answered the phone was by far the rudest concierge I’ve ever encountered. She seemed irritated that I asked a question, showed no interest in assisting us, and didn't appear to understand what we were asking. When I inquired about a routine request—she began to yell at us over the phone. I’m not sure what was going on at the hotel, but her tone and attitude were unprofessional and genuinely surprising.
